Class details and logistics

Answers to help you prepare for your baking experience.

Not at all. Most of our classes are designed for home bakers at all levels. Each class listing indicates whether it is beginner-friendly or assumes prior knowledge.

Just bring yourself and an appetite. We provide all ingredients, equipment, and aprons. You may want to bring a container for taking your baked goods home.

Our regular classes are designed for adults and teens 14 and up. We offer special family baking sessions for children ages 7 and up, accompanied by an adult.

Some classes have gluten-free or dairy-free alternatives. Please note any allergies when registering and we will do our best to accommodate you or suggest an appropriate class.

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before class. Cancellations within 48 hours receive class credit valid for 6 months. No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.

Every class at The Flour Studio is hands-on. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake alongside an experienced instructor who guides you through each step and explains the science behind the technique.
